Ever wondered what happens at Wellington Zoo as the sun goes down?

Throughout March the Zoo will remain open until 7.30pm every Friday, giving everyone an opportunity to experience the Zoo at dusk. On late Fridays, Zoo entry will be half price at 4pm or later.

There will be special animal talks each Friday evening, as well as Close Encounters available - but be quick, limited spaces available!

Late Fridays at the Zoo starts on Friday 4 March and will continue on 11, 18 and 25 March.

Animal Talks:

5:30pm – Monkey Island

6:00pm – Kea

6:30pm – Giraffe

7:00pm – Meerkats

 

Close Encounters:

5:30pm – Capybara

6:00pm – Sun Bear
